District 4
There is so much fun stuff to do in the city-themed zone. Neo has done an amazing job filling the streets and alleyways with Factions offering all manner of activities and interactions.
But wouldn’t it be fun to have an outpost, far out in the Outer Zone, full of Factions, to act as a faraway location for city-based Factions’ missions?
For instance, players might need to leave the safety of a Sentinel-patrolled city and brave the lawless Outer Zone to complete a mission objective.
Or maybe players looking for black market interactions and other dealings that are frowned upon by the Corporate powers, could head out to District 4, far from the prying eyes of the Sentinels, and make their deals.
The possibilities are endless.
What we would need is a good group of Factions willing to organize and set up a street full of Factions offering missions, interactions, activities, destinations, resources, etc., that players can travel to and engage with.
ALL Event rules must be followed as usual. That means no amplified music, no live music, no bars or restaurants serving food and alcohol to players…etc.
Additionally, since this is NOT an event-sanctioned activity, we would need to provide our own power (solar generators) and infrastructure. Each Faction would set up their space like they already do, but we could collaborate on signage, decor, lighting, etc.
We would be looking for ways to offer players interaction, such as offering jobs/missions, a space for in-character meetings, training grounds, costuming/makeup helping spaces, black market weapons dealers…etc
This is just a preliminary search to see if there are other Factions that might be interested. There would be a lot of logistical issues to work out. But we don't want to go too far down that road if no one is interested.

If you can grab good pictures of your Faction’s setup this year, make sure to do that. We have a better chance of being tolerated by the event if our Faction setups look themed.
